    Nothing wrong with being sure!

    I’ll probe chicken breast and pork cuts regularly so I don’t overcook them, but big proteins need the tenderness check since you’re taking it way beyond safe temps.

    I use the Meater+ and haven't had any issues or concerns.
    It seems to be accurate and I haven't had any connection issues.
    The app has all kinds of functions like predicting end time and ability to store cooking information for future use.
