Anyone know about this grill off the top of your heads?

I am wondering if the grates are enameled or bare cast iron.

    upload_2025-3-12_10-9-40.png

Long of the short, wondering if I need to replace these or if that's seasoning and just needs a reseason.

    Weber 8132

Weber site says enameled, so I am thinking I might be SOL and need a replacement on these. I'd prefer to not replace with enameled, but that might be all I can get.

Plenty of cast iron aftermarket options for cheaper. That’s the route I would go

Oxo brand, SoftWorks line. Walmart has a few left with the removable handle online, but it may have been a limited release.

Yeah I think that's going to be the way to go. I am going to tear into it soon to take out whatever is crusty and get replacements on order. I think grates, drop bars, and maybe some other bits underneath will need new bits. Found one off the cuff for 50 bucks for just the CI grates, so I'll check that's the right size and that's probably the way I'll go

PS those grill pans, they make cast iron options too. Plenty of people use them for shrimp. Ton of options out there too, just a quick google for "vegetable pan with holes" :)

The removable handle works SURPRISINGLY well. If costco brings them back again this year, worth picking up in my opinion.
