    We raised meat sheep (katahdin sheep) for 10-15 years, but were never allowed to butcher one. But good lord, lamb chops on the grill are amazing!

    I’m not a fan of these brisket burgers… terrible cut of meat makes for terrible burgers even with bacon ground in. Wife bought them so worth a try. I will admit they were better than nothing.

    The corn and bacon reminds me of something I want to try. Wrap the corn in bacon. Put it in tin foil with some butter and grill that.

    Butter and season your corn and wrap it in the bacon and forget the tinfoil or the bacon will be soggy.
