    Pride more than anything.

    My fault. Normally opening the dampers gets me 475 for long enough to cook a pizza. Nope, immediately jumped to 700.


    Thank goodness I didn't have my electronic thermometers in there.

    so, it's like this for me, i try to cook just enuff protein, to last for a few days, then, repeat the process. for myself, I cut what i cook up, and put it in a salad, "The Sheriff" has her own agenda, so leftovers,dont last long. so the skrimp was done Sunday, and finished today, then i grilt up this menial effort, got finished-n-posted today...
