Wow - there's even a grilling forum on here! Nice to own a Tacoma! I actually was looking for the pizza forum, I think it's called 'Anything pizza' - anyway I posted a while back that I grilled a pizza, overall was good but burnt on the bottom. All I had to do was use a pizza stone, no burning whatsoever. Used store made dough, came out nice and crisp. IMO it's good to take the time to cut toppings thin. Didn't have mozzarella on hand, cut provolone slices into thin pieces. I could have used more cheese but was still good with the unique grilled taste.

I use a cast iron skillet/griddle thing and get it as hot as I can get it. Then put the pizza on and turn the grill down to a normal pizza temp. Bottom comes out crisp! Better than I can do in the oven.

    Pic of the skillet:

Tri-tip Steaks tonight with a Kinder rub. Sides were asparagus tossed in olive oil and garlic salt. I completely forgot to take a photo, but man was it tasty!

Good idea - I like that the skillet/griddle had handles on the side. The pizza stone does not.
