Without reading every post, has anyone discussed grille accessories? I have a Weber Q3200 and would like to put a wind blocker on or around it for winter grilling.

    Thanks

Wow - never thought of grilling Spam before! That's got to be good. Also a good idea having the baked beans on the grill.

Do you have a covered area to grill in? Something semi portable…. Cut a sheet of plywood into 3 pieces and attach hinges to make a U-shape.

I had one of these gazebos and added tarps when wind and rain were a factor. Use your imagination for the situation. Good luck.

For the spam give the slices a lite sprinkle of whatever rub you're using.

Sounds good - I always liked Spam, but this will be a whole new twist making it even better.

Noted specifically this is smoked Spam, not just grilled. Two of my sons have smokers and they produce amazing results with pork
and beef, I'll bet the same with Spam! I'm so used to referring to spam negatively.. as in unwanted emails. I wonder how/why the
    term got applied to emails.

Just remember to use low sodium SPAM and a low sodium rub or it's gonna be way too salty

I use the hot and spicy Spam and it turns out great.

Yes I always look for the low sodium variety of Spam, and noted for the rub.

He rolls the grill by the door and leaves it open…. I’d hope if things went south, he’d know to boot that thing out to the driveway!

Not only the fire hazards but the carbon monoxide dangers.. none of that is worth a burnt hot dog.
