I’d like to know your thoughts on the powder versus the liquid. I didn’t think it had the same kick

Beef flap steak tacos. Fixings for dirty orange marinade. Oj, lime juice, garlic, onion, Cilantyo! Everyone in the pool about 4 hours. Pulled steak out and dried. Seasoned with Hatch chili powder and lightly oiled with evoo. Discarded marinade. Grill hot and fast 2-3 min a side. Cheers

What’s the ratio of orange juice to lime juice?

I just eyeballed this as not to overfill the bag. Maybe 3 or 4 to 1 OJ to lime. Made it before using 4 or so fresh limes. Cut and squeeze limes and add all to the bag. Great marinade for pork butt or country ribs also.

man you guys have some great stuff here!

if you can grill it? its probably gonna be something i like. glad that regular grilling is good here & not just the charcoal.

we regular grill at home, but if we are camping/atving we charcoal.

hear we are having pork kabobs off the grill today!

They're actually very easy. Scrub all the dirt off them and put them over heat until they start to open. That's when they're done. The ones that don't open aren't any good so you can toss those.

Once they open they're pretty easy to pry apart. I put a squeeze of lemon and a dash of hot sauce on mine.

That's all there is to it!
