    Man, I had corn on the grill, couple few hot dogs ready to throw on, sitting back in the garage watching the LeMans highlights drinking a beer and petting KitKat our cat. She gets up to do cat shit so I thought. I get up to turn the corn, walking up to the grill and there is a hot dog missing and the other with bite marks out the end.

    That little bitch dragged the other one off and ate it so she couldn’t see me.

    My wife bought them pre-made at the grocery store. These looked like baby portabellas with cheddar. Probably easy to make if you Google it. Definitely tasty!

    Pro tip: squish those burgers thin and take a chopstick and put little holes in the patty. Then put your onions on top so the steamy onion juice drops into them. It's like a ghetto white castle, if you can make WC more ghetto lol

    Genius! I’ll try that next time.

    I really like cooking the onions in the beef rendering on the skillet too. Eat them straight off the grill that way.

    When I’m feeling extra industrious I’ll cook bacon on the same skillet to get a grease mix of bacon/hamburger… cook the onion and some mushrooms in that!

    Makes a mess of the grill though and that apparently is triggering for some people.
