I think I'll try making the shrooms with some crumbled bacon to go with the cheese.

That approach only works when you're using a griddle. Pointing out the obvious, I know, just making sure.

Not really my personal style but I've seen where they pile the onions on top of the ground beef then flatten it all together so the onions become part of the patty.

When I make hamburger pattys by hand I’ll chop up onion and bacon and mix it in with seasoning. I’ve found working the hamburger too much toughens it a little.

We’ve been getting pre made hamburger pattys lately due laziness and needing to feed my three sons as quickly as possible after their sports in the afternoon… oldest just turned 13. Going to be nuts when they’re all teens at the same time.

Neighbor hooked me up with some Walleye fillets yesterday. Two of them made a nice lunch. The other two are soaking in buttermilk for 2nd lunch.

These may have been the smallest drumsticks I've ever made, but they were good.

Put them in the smoker for a bit to begin with.

I must have missed something. How the fuck is grease, bacon and onions on a grill messy? Want to see a mess? Grill 4 racks of ribs and slather with BBQ sauce at the end. Thats a fucking mess, but it doesn't hurt the grill. :notsure:
