    31 day dry aged NY striploins. 60 seconds each side, flipped twice then rested for 10 minutes. It moo'd when I stuck the fork in and cut like butter.

    If anyone asks for their steak well done when I'm on the grill they are asked politely but firmly to leave.

    I regret that I only did 3 of the 5 shrooms in the pack. Lesson learned, next time do them all. tasty. I added a few drops of washyoursister sauce on them as well before grilling.
    Do recommend.
    I need a nap.
