It's Thursday.....how much food do you need to cook on a Thursday, and since its already cooked I am assuming that was Wednesday's dinner?

If that is your nightly food amount, I do NOT envy your wallet.

If he last cooked on, say, Sunday, leftovers should run out by about Wednesday.

Lol. I'm retired and invited 5 guys from work for dinner last night. Not much left. That pork roast was 19" long.

Salmon Oreganata with Potatoes and Garlic Chili Green Beans

    20230629_175521.jpg

Wasn't sure which thread to post this in as I made all this as a sheet pan dinner, but in the pellet smoker, acting as an outdoor oven.... so I figured I'd just post it in my own thread.

Salmon Oreganata - Salmon topped with a mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan Cheese, Oregano, Lemon Zest, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil.

Potatoes coated in Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper

Fresh Green Beans tossed with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Thai Chilies, whole smashed cloves of Garlic and Serrano Peppers.

Started the beans and potatoes on a foil covered sheet pan (cover both sides to avoid clean up since this went in the pellet grill) at 400F for 10 minutes then added the salmon and everything went for another 15 minutes. Salmon is done at 145F.

You cooked it on a grill...so it belongs here.

Looks good man. I like salmon only if its raw. Something about it, when its cooked, I dont like the flavor. Raw I do. I'm weird like that though.

    Anticipation cooking?
I start thinking about it driving to work. Changes 3 or 4 times before I decide what to tell her to pull out of the meat arsenal.
You may or may not be in the wrong thread.
