So after changing my front/rear differential and transfer case fluid a grinding noise has gotten worse. Right after I changed my differential fluids I drove my truck around the block to let the fluids settle so I could top them off. A soon as I began to move there was a rumbling grind noise for about 20 feet then it settled to just grinding and not so much rumble. I thought it was my wheel bearings getting worse but after checking for play on the wheel it seems pretty snug. When I spin the wheel it doesn't sound like its sandy but it also doesn't spin very smoothly( could this be a rotor/break pad problem?) other things about my trucks suspension both cv axels have torn boots and my 4wd doesn't easily engague. I need upper/lower ball joints and inner/outer tie rods and my steering rack is slowly leaking fluid. Well I was changing my fluids I did the transfer case first drove my truck around and then after changing my front differential fluid I noticed the grinding got worse. Any one have ideas on how I can diagnose where this noise is coming from?

Could Grinding be caused by not adding lsd additive? I used Sta-Lube 80W90 in everything. also this is a 1995 toyota tacoma v6 4wd SR5
