    You need more info,
    Thats a very vague question.

    Do you have oversized tires?
Is it turning the wheel while stationary or driving?
Is this with 4wd on or off? On pavement or dirt?

    not oversized
while going very slow either pulling out of somewhere or reversing
4wd off usually just on concrete or paved road

You get a pretty solid grinding noise out of the front end if you're fully cranked in 4-wheel drive on pavement. You can check to see that your four-wheel drive is properly disengaged by jacking up your front end and trying to spin the wheels by hand. If the wheels don't spin then you have a problem with your four wheel drive not disengaging properly.

Or if one of your CV axles is going on one side. Check your cv boots and make sure theres no tears.

I would jack up each wheel individually crank it fully to one side, and turn the wheel by hand and listen for any grinding. also check all your tie rod ends while you're down there make sure that they're not loose in the joints.

If you're not sure how to do any of that just Google it. It's all pretty straightforward.

    Are you lifted?

I was lifted 2" in my 01 and just turning hard sometimes my cv axle would bind from the bad angle and make grinding noises.
