My tacoma is making a grinding noise as I'm driving down the road. When I stop and press the clutch in and brake of course it stops. I'm wondering if it could be the wheel bearings cause I don't think they've ever been replaced and it has 350000. Any one out there no what it can be.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Does this sound go away when you’re driving and turn slightly left or right ?

I think if you jack the wheel off the ground and push and pull it if there’s any movement you pretty much need new bearings
