I have a 6 cylinder 2009 Tacoma. When I engage the A/C by pushing the button, many times I will get what sounds like a muffled grinding sound about 1 second after pushing the A/C button.

    Any comments on this?

Sounds like the AC compressor clutch is not working right :notsure: Heard the same thing on mine a time or two, but can't get it to do it reliably.

I'd take it back to the dealer if it's still under warranty.
