Griot's Garage Black Satin Tire Coating

I'm liking the looks of this Black Satin tire coating. 20 minutes to dry!!

Looks intriguing to me. I like the idea of tire coatings. So much better than wet tire dressings. I use optimum tire coating and I like it but application is not the easiest, I got a small airbrush from Amazon that i use and it works great. I'd be willing to try this griots stuff. Thanks for posting

Edit. wow this stuff is cheap for a tire coating. Optimum that I use was big bucks, but it lasts for several months. I'm talking 6+ months of shiny tires, it's amazing. You just have to be sure you triple super super clean your tires before applying it.

 

Curious how the longevity is. Did you end up buying some?

 

No not yet. Winter is almost here so I'll wait till spring.

 

I hear ya, i'll pick some up this weekend and check back in with yall in a few weeks. I'm so tired of applying a gel!
