First month of ownership... This month I'm removing front air dam, and also Rhino lining the bed.
Used a website to do a conversion to quarts from length/width/depth on the Grizzly and it appears to be 65 quarts internally based on the dimensions provided on the manufacturer website.

Didn't you get the 40-45 qt? Might not be able to directly compare to the 60 qt Coleman when he gets it ordered :/

I did that too and basically I see it this way. The calculator can only take into account basically a perfect rectangle and the cooler's size varies at the top vs the bottom. (As far as width and length go) because it tapers up from the bottom expanding as it reaches the top in the dimensions. If I use just the numbers from the bottom and calculate I get roughly 56 quarts, if I use the larger top numbers I get 65 quarts. Therefore without getting into the math too deep I think the 60 quart size is pretty much spot on.

@tigerfan00 you should throw the link to this review, as well as any other cooler review threads that might come along in your "extreme or high end cooler thread" so people that stumble into it can see any tests or reviews that members might do on them. I think it is safe to say that your thread has drummed up enough convos to be legit on info to help people out in regards to high end cooler buying decisions.

Great review, sub'd. Looking forward to the results. I love the axle you had fabbed. What was the source for your wheel/tire combo?

The true capacity is 63 quarts, when factoring the draft angles.

I have a high end cooler also, different brand.
I bought a plastic cutting board to make two dividers in the cooler
I buy two pieces of dry ice and place in the middle of the divided cooler place frozen foods in a basket on one side and frozen drinks on otherside and ice with the drinks
I remove meats the night before I'll be using the following day to defrost
Foods have stayed frozen for 7 days using this method

About the only extra info I got is these are the wheels
and I just dropped them off and had a buddy make an axle for them for the cooler to sit on.

they are def needed, no way to carry these things loaded down any other way. I couldn't imagine not having wheels.
That ship date is a loooong way away...
