My truck has been making a slight quick noise from the front end when I'm about half turned and backing up, lately it started happening more often.
It is independent of the brakes, power steering fluid is full, steering wheel has no play
I checked the torque specs on the lug nuts, sway bar, top 3 nuts for coilover, and uca, all looked good.
    All zerks are greased.

    Any ideas what this is?

It's more like a clank or a groan. It's brief though. But I don't think it's the floating brakes, since it happens whether I'm braking or not. Yesterday it actually happened a couple of times going forward, but today it was gone again.

I can't really feel it at all, so nope. Lol 20 questions for truck issues, hilarious.

I don't think so, as it happens when going forwards without brakes too.
