So when I'm parked or going really slow in reverse (backing out of parking) I hear a loud groaning/creaking noise (kind of like a whale calling out underwater). Only happens when you turn wheel to right no noise when turning left.

I did the obvious, checked power steering fluid, greased all my zerks, verified torque on lca bolts to 100ft lbs

Truck is a 2010 tacoma lifted on 6112 5160s with camburg upper control arms (uca greased and uniball lubed)

When I went off roading the other week I noticed a clunk/pop noise coming from front suspension when struts are fully compressed not sure if those two are related.

Any suggestions? Have appointment with mechanic but he's not available for 2 more weeks

Has 63k miles on truck suspension is less than 10k miles old

I had a similar noise occur after I had someone increase the preload on my driver side coilover to account for Taco lean. They didn't tighten a sway bar link fully, which caused said creaking sound. If I were you, I would poke around the front end and ensure everything is tight, wiggle parts up/down/fore/aft, etc as that is how I tracked mine down.
