Bed mat and a tonneau cover. Went to Costco and Restaurant Depot last weekend. bed mat works almost too well, you can't slide heavy things into the bed, you have to put them down. When we got home, every single item, even the light packages were exactly where we put them.

After reading everyone's opinions and ideas I've made up my mind I'm not going to cheap or to expensive I think a bed mat and a bed divider would do the job perfectly even though I can't wait till the bed of my taco looks something like this
a bed mat and bed divider will do for now . Thanks guys what would I do without TW ... More ideas if you guys want to keep this thread
Going I was laughing my ass off on some!!!

I'm not sure I think the bed extenders are made in that shape so when there extended out it won't cover the tail lights .. Regulations now days

Just a word of caution regarding a tonneau cover: it can get hot in the bed with it on. I have a black truck with the black tonneau. Grocery then directly home is ok. Stopping along the way is not advised. I think a decent cooler to hold perishables would work for longer trips.

    Same as everybody else...
I use a Heininger Hitchmate Cargo Bag (Amazon, 21 bucks) and a cargo bar I got from Harbor Freight. The cargo bag has loops that fit through the cargo bar and is as long as the bed is wide. Plenty of room to stuff multiple bags of groceries into. Also folds up nicely and fits under the rear seat when not in use. I have to admit though that I also use the tried and true bungee cord also.

Reversed bed extender with a trifold tonneau is what works for me.
