Ground wire help

    can anyone explain What he did with the 2 white grounding wires.... I keep reading it, but i still dont get it. The socket doesnt have a grounding wire coming out of it.. that socket is meant to be grounded by the light housing itself(i am almost sure of) so... ahhhhhh help
