Good Morning all. I am new to this site and have been seeing alot of people talking about grounding their nav/dvd units in their vehicles to be able to watch the DVD while driving. They should know that it is very illegal to do this and if they are in an accident and the insurance company finds that they have done this it is grounds for total refusal of any and all insurance coverage on their vehicle. I know of several installers who did that for their customers out of friendship and they are now in Prison for doing it. The D.A. had them arrested and prosecuted and now they are on their own personnal vacation so people should be made aware of this. Thank you.

Your name is username is very appropriate.

This might reach a more appropriate audience if you'd post it in the A/V section. But, thanks for the tip.
