    That's true. The initial batch I made had around 40 members in it with about 80% of them supercharged

    Haven't done it, but in theory and given proper installation, I would think it would actually increase reliability due to reduction in engine knock/ping. I want a set for that and for the increased MPG.

    I’m just think that if you change something in the engine the way that the engineers didn’t intend then it would decrease the reliability

    The very first post goes into all this, and explains what it does. I’d be hard pressed to see it decrease any reliability if anything it would increase but I’ll let the man who makes these say something. URD also makes these.

    My thought is they also have to take other factors into consideration when figuring out timing, things like ultra-stringent emissions requirements when bringing the engine to market.

    Well if it increases MPG wouldn’t be better just have the timing like this stock? Sorry I’m not trying to argue I’m just curious because I want and increase in power and MPG for my truck but also want the reliability
