    Definitely some more umph in the mid range where one would expect with these. Its hard to get consistent pulls for MAF numbers in the 2000-3600 rpm range in an auto (without making a wacky trans tune) simply due to how the trans is going to shift. And I hadnt thought of doing a "dyno trans tune" so i could pull from the bottom of second to the top before installing.

    No idea on mpg numbers yet, Hardly doing much driving as of late and if i am its all city or "dyno runs" for tuning purposes. I will be doing a LONG trek from southern ca to essentially Oregon in two weeks, we will see how mpg numbers look, I will be loaded down however with 2 standup jetskis in the bed of my truck and gear inside.

    Leveling kit, 33’s, new headlamps,
    So we finally Installed the gears...after a couple days and a few issues. Mighty taco man was pivotal and spot on with his assistance. So the verdict...after addressing the check engine and traction control light (bad cam shaft sensor connector). I can definitely say there’s a difference in sound during accelerating almost like its breathing better. The gas pedal seems more sensitive and responsive so I can see where I might get better mpg’s. Also I have a 2011 dcsb w no camper or add ons except I do have the 2/3” lift with “33’s” and auto trans. The truck overall feels lighter for sure, and this is just city stop and go driving. lol report back after a week or so when I’ve gone through this tank of gas. Big shout out to my guy comato$e who did the work.

    Just finished the install. Not too bad of a job, about 4 hours from start to test drive. What a difference. Idles much quieter/smoother and drives loads better. I did install both the gears and the XTP plenum spacer together, so I'm sure mine is more drastic than others.

    Excited to report on MPG's in a few tanks. I've been keeping a manual log since I decided to do this project. No codes/leaks and everything looks good so far.
