    Not sure how fragile the unit is (being a LOCK it should be sturdy) you may be able to package them in padded yellow envelopes. They are cheap and sold at Wally World.

    Or is 35.29 the regular price and the the discount is taken from that?

    Then, when 20% is hit, does the 20% come off the retail or the 15% discounted price?

    The $35.29 is the price we pay without the second tier discount. It is already discounted from the retail ($53 shipped is the cheapest anyone could find). If we cross over the $2000 threshold they will knock another (just less than) 15% off. If we get 2-3 more orders I will post the new price list
