    It would certainly be important to show the magnitude of the problem to someone like his coach, if this approach is taken. How many have been left hanging at this point? I know the PL8520 orders haven't been completed. If the eleven of us are still owed a lock or a refund, the total "theft" is about $600, unless some in this group were lucky enough to get a refund.

    PL8520 (10/11):

    disturbedhapa (PAID);Toph(PAID); torreypines(PAID);jimbo623(PAID);darcivic00si(PAID)
    ;Tacoma2008(PAID); raskal311(PAID); Jedi7Taco(PAID); b0ules(PAID); Banchi94 (PAID) vinster8 (PAID); loredoarturo; ritrebor(PAID);

    if all 11 members would call his parents once a day, I think they would get so pissed, they would make sure he mails them............call his coach too:D

    I am among that list as well, he just never updated the first page. I almost completely forgot about this as it has been awhile since I've been active here. He needs to either ship or I'm filing with paypal to get my money back.

    This is the first group buy I've ever participated in, and its not making me a happy camper about these.

    You sure? I thought some of the guys got theirs refunded long after 45 days? Its a private sale, and unless he disputes it, which I'm sure he won't... theres no case. I clearly stated in the comments what the money was for.

    Paypal is 45 days normally, but they can make exceptions if they deem it necessary. You could try filing with your cc instead if paypal won't do anything......

    Wow! This was an exciting thread to read!

    SOOOOO, has anybody installed the PL8520 Powerlock? Does it lock and unlock the same way the other doors do? How about tailgate removal...is that still possible? Holla back!

    No humor intended. I had general questions about the 8520 and I was hoping somebody reading this might have actually installed one. I hope this group buy ends positively for everyone involved...except for the scumbag that made threatening calls to his mother.

    If we get them anytime soon, I am sure someone will chime in. Won't be me though, I will be out of the country for a while.

    Even if they got their locks it would not have been positive for many of them.

    holy shit... I am sorry this happened to you all. I am kinda glad I got out of this deal before my move. I took a break from TW while I was moving across country and got a refund. I am logging back on now to see what I missed. I am shocked to see this GB still going crazy.

    I still need a lock for my bed and figured I would stop in here to read the reviews, but DAMN!!!!

    I bailed out early and got a refund. I purchased one from an ebay site and have been very pleased with the lock once I finally got it. Too bad that there are some who are still waiting due to a very irresponsible young man.

    Steal from enough people anywhere, and you will get whats coming to you. Its only a mater of time before he receives a visit from the police. Now its just a matter of how badly do these guys waiting for their locks, want their money back. Everyone needs to stick it in high gear and get something done.
