Hey fellas, I am putting together a group buy for a solution to allow us to change pullies easily.
I have a very reputable company who already has pullies that will fit the 4.0l TRD SC.
they make a hub assembly that will fit on the shaft and allows with 5 screws to swap the pully in about 5 minutes with just a simple allen wrench!
    they make pullies ranging from 2.2", 2.3", 2.4", 2.5", 2.6", 2.7", 2.8", 2.9", 3.0"
not sure exactly what sizes will be available yet. but the good news is we are in process of looking to see if one of their current pullies will fit with the correct offset, if not they are willing to make some for our application.
but as of now it looks like the hub will already fit, just need to make the pullies with a slight change for this application.

of course youll still have to machine the snout of the SC and URD makes a great tool for this.
the best part is the pullies are only about $80 bucks each and you can pick any size you like. you only need to install the hub 1 time and swaps are easy as pie!

additionally I am working with another company who makes a BOOST/VAC gauge that we can have custom made with the TRD logo, illuminated to match the dashlights of your truck! they can do any color you like even if you have swapped out the LED'S for a different color.
they also have an ANALOG wideband AFR gauge that will match. it uses the AEM inline UEGO sensor and AEM Bosh o2 sensor for extreemly high accuracy.
ill have a picture of the gauges soon as they are currently in the art department being drawn up.
another great feature of the gauges is their illumination setup will work with the funky dash illumination of the tacoma, for thoes of you who have had problems getting the gauges to dim with the dash lights this will totally solve that problem.
the gauges all have quality electronic stepper motors and are totally electronic. their boost gauge also references the current barametric pressure so they reading is accurate at any elevation. most gauges use a MAP sensor which will give you accurate and absolute readings. personally I prefer to see the gauge pressure or actual boost above my density altitude pressure.
the gauge faces will be the same font and design as the factory look.

the best part is the gauges are very affordable compared to some other brands. (ill have prices later)

right now I am just trying to gauge some interest to see how many would be willing to buy in to the pullies and or the gauges.
I think if I can get 10-15 people willing to perticipate we can all get a healthy discount.
so let me know here who is in, this will not be a long wait either because both companies make nearly the exact parts we need already, the gauges maybe a week or so from when we place the order and the pullies maybe 2 weeks.
you can PM me if you like but ill need to clean out my Pm box frequently or you can message me on AIM

I would like a boost gauge, especially if I could get a pillar mount with it.

Wow I couldn't imagine the TRD supercharger having a 2.2" pulley!! that would be insane and might do more harm then good lol

A boost gauge might worth looking into my near future
