Received mine on Monday...Installed on Monday!

Here is another story of my local pain-in-the ass Toyota dealer. I called them to see if they had any mat hooks since they were not included with the truck. I asked the parts guy if they could ship to me and his answer went something like this..."we will need to install the clips because of the gas pedal/floor mat issue...blah, blah, blah". I ordered the hooks on the web and they were at my door Thursday. The labor would have been who-knows-what plus my time waiting for it!

This is the same dealer who has given me grief about the spring and trans TSB's. I finally had the trans TSB done, after 3 visits. BTW - The trans shifts much, much better now. The spring TSB is still pending.

I too ordered liners without knowing I had two clip holes on the passenger side underneath the all weather mats I currently have. I was going to use the front liners I received anyway but the clip holes don't match up on the driver's side. I spoke with WeatherTech this morning and because I wanted to get the correct liners sooner than later I paid for the correct front liners to be shipped immediately. WeatherTech sold me the correct liners at the same group cost. The rear liners fit perfectly so all I did was ship the wrong front liners back at a cost of $10 to ship. $10 for my mistake is still not bad considering what we got the liners for anyway. WeatherTech said they will credit me when they receive the liners I sent back. If you decide to ship your liners back make sure you obtain a Return Authorization number from WeatherTech.

So I received my girlfriend's mats for her Civic 2 days ago. I ordered grey and received tan. Called them and they said they would ship out grey ones. No big deal.

Today, I receive my mats for my Tacoma and again I received tan, but I ordered grey. I don't see how they can get grey and tan mixed up twice.

I believe you rotate the clips to fit on the driver's side. Another member had that same problem.

It should fit. The holes for the retention clips and the holes for the WeatherTech should not be aligned. If you look at the clip, it is offeset about an inch. You will need to rotate the clip around to slip into the holes of the WT.

Today would've been the perfect day to use my mats. Too bad they sent the wrong color TWICE in one order.

Anyone have an 09+ access cab with the rears that didn't fit? I think I may have gotten DC rear liners now that I think about it, or could be that the 09s and up have the lil storage container between the rear seats?
