Super helpful write-up. I think we will pass unless we stumble upon a steal of a deal on these tires. I was impressed by the 3PMS rating on a budget level tire. We take trips in the wife's Bronco from NOVA to Snowshoe WV in winter so these were on radar. Also it seems that the only way they are sold in our 33" size is in the E rated version, although very light weight for an E. Might shift my sights to Falken or Kumho with 3PMS rating trying to get SL and light weight. Thanks for the details!

@2k2 thanks for the write up. I bought Wildpeaks for my previous truck in late 2018 and they were a decent quality, budget priced tire. When I started looking around for tires for my then new Taco in 2022 they were no longer budget priced and IMO there were better options in their higher price point. I went with Cooper Rugged Treks and I like them better. I find they perform better in the snow and also on wet roads. Down side is they're a little more noisy but I can live with it.

    No worries.

I mean .... I guess you get what you pay for.... At my age I should know better, but I decided to take a shot . I paid less than $500 for 4 tires, and I was very excited to have purchased something made right here in the USA. You might have better luck with E load .. one person even said they had no issues in the wet weather running these tires (however his were made in China).

The noise and the wet traction are similar to just about every other AT tire I've ever had... Loud and sloppy (especially at higher mileage).

I can't give a good snow review..sorry.. they were fine in the one or 2 small snowfalls we had

I had a real good experience with the AT3W wildpeaks. In fact they were the best all around SL AT tire I've ever ran. In the next year or so I'll be keeping an eye open for a deal on a set of the Falkens Rubitreks... They have better on road mannerisms than the wildpeaks and have all the same features (they just don't look as aggressive). By the time I get 45k on these I'll ditch them... At least now I have elbow room to shop around for a deal and just sit on them.
