They need to hire you to make proper exhaust sound clips, you've got it down pat.

I'm loving it so far. The thing is really clean for its age. Needs a couple little things but it's solid. I got it for a steal too.

Those are sexy. I'd love to do a full Monaro front end conversion. $$$ though.

I kept waiting for the big rev lol. You do a good job and keeping it sounding clean on a video like that.

Yeah I love the "Manufactured by Holden" part lol

I was watching it again and thought I should redo it and have a little throttle blip lol. Oh well.

I can't stand watching exhaust videos- especially loud cars like this one- and they just rev the piss out of it and it sounds like the microphone is exploding.

Ya, it defeats the whole purpose of trying to hear the exhaust when its so loud. You did a good job. Im sure we will hear some driving tones soon..

    Thanks!

Well this thing it a completely different animal compared to the Subaru. They almost cannot be compared just because they are so different. But DAMNIT, it feels good to have a car again.

Changed the oil yesterday and did some fresh fluid in the rear end. Will do the tranny and do the rear end again this week when my good fluids come in.

A little mod list for the Goat:

    Pacesetter Long tube headers
    Spintech x pipe/mufflers
DSS one piece aluminum driveshaft (rated @ 550hp)
    TruTrac rear end w/ 3.91's
    Drag bags in the rear
    Line lock
    SvedeSpeed over radiator intake
    Custom ground comp cam
    Dual Beehive valve springs
    Titanium retainers
    Chromoly push rods
    243 heads - port/polished, milled .010
    MGW-P Short throw shifter
    Drilled/slotted rotors
Wideband AEM A/F guage in the dash
    SAP grille
SAP spoiler (not on the car)
Some not-so-great headlights (May swap out for OEM down the road)
    Tinted tail-lights (Monaro swap?)
All black badges (HSV/Holden badge swap?)

Dyno sheet confirms 430/403. I plan to have it re-tuned in the next month or two.

We could custom build you some projector headlights...

I am in Gillette too. Where you at? We should take the cars out to the hills or something one of these weekends!

Might take you up on that offer one of these days! These headlights are pretty janky. I'm in Sheridan, not too far.

I will make a point to do it this week. Consider it done

That's a good idea and would have been done already if we didn't live 3/4 the state away :pout:

No not at all. Let me know. If nothing else you can come this way and we can make a day out of driving the Black Hills. Even though it's tourist central right now.
