Agreed, it really amazes me that it wasn't an option from the start, especially in the regular cabs.

Swung by Wolf-Fab to grab my hoop and Austin helped me put it into the @dirt designs coil bucket brackets. Powder coater really laid it on thick as it was allot tighter than before. Happy to have it done and installed.

Next is the @RelentlessFab bumper, electrical work, and gears with lockers. Going to get busy again soon.

You're asking for it when posting to TWFB and the street queens that follow there.

I want to say yes I can, but honestly, I doubt I will ever put the truck into a situation on the street that the brace will ever make a difference. I just want the added insurance that it provides for the time that I hit whoops too fast or do really heavy duty flexing. I know our frames are notorious for flexing on their own and I think with the TC bucket gussets and this brace, I'm about as strong I as I can get without investing in a pile of tube stock.

Ha, yeah I chuckled at that too. No one there has asked me of I plan to plastidip it yet...

Dropped the Prinsu rack sideplates and spoiler off at the powdercoater two days ago and luckily got in on the back end of a bulk job and just received my parts back today. Hard to see from my camera phone pictures but I had the sharp edges where nylon straps might go chamfered to reduce the possibility of wearing out those straps early and causing the damage, or even loss of items that could fall off if/when those straps gave way. I am very happy with the end result of the chamfer and the powdercoat.

I have some neoprene covers on right now and they are ok but in the summer they do get sweaty. I have always wanted to try something like the CoverKing Cordura covers, just haven't pulled the trigger

They're not cheap. I think it was over $400 for the set which is pricey but the material is bombproof. You can step through the website and get a total as you add the options which is nice:

That material may be better for AZ. I hear neoprene sucks ass when it gets hot here.

I use Kryptek Highlander for my bowhunting gear, very impressive pattern. Thanks for the tip on the Marathon brand, adding them to my list.

In case I slipped up, here is the listing for my Flippac camper. It is officially for sale and it bums me out. My arm is getting worse and just cycling it and going through the minor re-stuffing of the overhanding fabric when putting it back together to close it up is a major effort for me now. I had wanted to replace it with the new AT Habitat but until I get to finger poke one and play with the mechanism first hand, that is still undecided.

The site talks about the fabric they have and it outlasted all others in a wash test. It was still 300 for just the fronts in 2 tone with front and rear pockets.

Have you considered a FWC? That might be a easier for you. Just a thought.
