WI sucks that's all I have to say.

I'm trying to get somebody to test the open carry law though..any takers. We could probably get some $$ together for your legal fees, and or the NRA behind you.

Also, if I want to buy a gun while I'm in Texas what do I have to do?

I have a 06 Tacoma and was surprised to see this mentioned here, so thanks for posting my site. I created it mostly out of annoyance and for my own information. I'd drive around the country camping, rving or whatever and later realize that I was violating some state laws in how I was carrying a gun. Didn't really occur to me at the time. After doing the research I realized how much of a mess the laws in this country.
I mainly wanted something easy to glance at and then be able to dig for more information as needed. It's not comprehensive or anything but it helps when planning a road trip. Then I realized that others could use it too. Pain to keep up though. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions as well. Adam

Thanks. Glad I found the forum. Looks great. Weird how it works out in a small world. I saw a spike in traffic coming in from this post and here I am. I bought my 06 Tacoma new, used the forums a lot, did a few mods, then have been busy running that site for ten years now, moving to another state, kid and so on. So I haven't been on any Tacoma forums in a long time. But it's been near time to look at doing some more things to it. Still would like to find a bed cover that allows me to keep the sliding rails and the little tie downs. Sorry about forgetting the terms there.
