I'm really looking for "gun control means using both hands" but even with a google search nothing good turned up

I'm a no go on firearms related stickers. I approach it as a less advertising = less of a target scenario

It's not about if we think there's a gun in the truck- it's about what the thief thinks.

Most of my law enforcement friends discourage firearms or stereo equipment brand logos as they believe it makes you more of a target that the next guys truck without them

I try to remain somewhat inconspicuous. I have a Trijicon sticker because only other tactifools and gear queers will know what it is and appreciate 8t. In general, I try to avoid putting obvious gun logos on my vehicles.
One thing I keep seeing is pictures of "overlanding" trucks with rifle cases strapped to the roof in an obvious attempt to make a statement of some sort to other off roaders. It's so cliche now that I'm starting to think it's supposed to be funny, but I don't really have any off road friends, so what do I know.

The cases usually don't have guns in them. They are just a sturdy waterproof low profile case. Many use them for recovery gear. Plano is one popular brand.

Yep, exactly this. I had a 42" plano on my last truck and it was extremely handy.

The only sticker I have on both of my trucks is a NRA sticker. The stickers are the small round one that is on the inside of the window so it is a little hard to see thru the tint.

I have a magpul sticker on my tire gate in the centre of the wheel hub, my truck is never sitting in a parking lot or can be seen from the road. Usually backed up agains a fence where it can't be seen. You can't even read it unless your really close and most people won't know what it even is so I don't worry about it

    I have none.

I prefer the fact that I have a gun to be a surprise if I ever have to use it.
