All you need to do is air down every time you pull in the garage. Easy fix right?

The luxury package has adjustable airbags. I wonder how low they drop...

Knowing me, I'd forget on day 3 and Shaq Attack the garage header beam :frusty:

Perfect, that'll be the first step to @JaCado building you a taller garage

I had a similar problem with the first house I purchased. I couldn’t fit my ‘89 Bronco in the garage, so I dug it down about 12” and poured new concrete.

Before the house I bought came on the market, I almost bought this one up the street: 1225 Violet drive.

Tiny house, but the garage had a 10ft door, 15 or 20 foot ceilings, enough floor space for 2 cars and a machine shop, and there was a loft area waiting to be finished up in the attic space. Even had a plumbed bathroom and air conditioning!

Love it! The garage looks bigger than the house. What made you change your mind?

It appears that you could've put in a lift. Imagine the possibilities.

I could have put 2 lifts in!

Because the house was meh at best, and the neighborhood wasn't much better. That garage is the only thing that property had going for it. I wouldn't have minded it so much, but come resale time, it would have taken another car guy to buy it, so the pool was a little too limited for me.

The one I bought is miles ahead of it in every way except garage height.

Those all seem like good reasons, and yes, you scored a nice place.

EDIT: But, two lifts. May have to reconsider.

However, I'm sitting here thinking of the potential. Imagine what mod day could've looked like at Conner's house. The possibilities are endless.

You could've had your Taco on one lift and your Lexus on the other.

Yeah, the only way I could have really justified that house would have been to prop up an income source in the back like Kurt did with Cruiser Outfitters. That garage needed something to be done with it, and was far from finished on the inside.

You could have lived out of the garage and just rented the house to someone else. Then they pay your house payments (Or payments on the GX plus lifts).

I honestly thought about that. But Sandy is apparently super anal about above garage living spaces. My realtor let me know about that tidbit becuase I think she saw the gears turning in my head.

    V8 GX460 would pull a 9 car nicely...

We'll just call it below living garage space.

One of my buddies when I was in CA parked his airstream in a leased aircraft hangar and called that home for a few years. It was perfect!
