If it was like the brisket I had a few months back from Pat's(?), I'd do that in a heartbeat.

Pat's is good, R&R is good too. Have you been down to Bam Bam's? I think that's the best brisket in the state.

I used to work down the Street from the Spanish Fork location if they're a chain. You're right. So good!

Edit: Looks like SF BamBams is now a mexican place. That place changes hands once a year I swear.

Discovered I can fit an entire set of Metric / SAE impact sockets in the top of my impact gun case. So much more handy instead of my single 21mm for my lugs. HF gets another $70 of my money

And managed to avoid buying a Pelican 1510 to consolidate my impact / tools into one case. I almost did, but I'd have to limit the legroom for a passenger, and all my shotgun riders are pretty tall.

I want to get a harbor freight apache case and outfit it with the basic tools needed for trail repairs. It would be nice to have a dedicated truck set that is waterproof too. I have the one case for recovery gear and I love it so I know it would work well for tools too.

For now, I keep my impact and sockets in a Apache 2800, and then all my hand tools are in a 12" HF tool bag on top. Fits like a glove behind the seat. I was looking at the 5800 to consolidate it all, but the roller handle thing makes it too thick so I'd have to move the seat forward a notch.

Brisket tacos, brisket nachos ... I think there's potential for some fusion of both restaurants in that SF location

There was a restaurant I went to in Portland back in 2016 that made Brisket Empenadas. I still think about them.

Edit: Lechon in downtown PDX, right on the Willamette

There's place outside Atlanta from a few years ago I still think about too ... the brisket & ribs were so good I didn't want to wash the scent off my hands afterwards. Legend has it I still haven't.

I think I've been there. Out on Route 6 northwest of downtown?

The Best BBQ in Utah has to be DevilsPit BBQ, it's a one person food truck located in Farmington Utah. Or you can order from his website at www.devilspitbbq.com. Best Ribs I've ever had.

Yes, I think so. It's been a year or so since I was there. I can't remember the name of the place though.
