    no E is fine with me. everyone ive met who is on E is really loving (since thats what the drug does when u dump all that serotonin). i’ll stick to my coffee though, i can’t risk losing brain cells haha.

    So update on the house. Turns out the reason why the house was totally renovated inside was because they last tenant had a meth problem. Now they are disputing the test results, claiming the lab screwed it up etc. Their trump card is they do actually have a signed letter from the state saying it was remediated satisfactorily.

    Still doesn't excuse the electrical stuff, and oh the inspector called yesterday and said "I'm a big guy, but I can get my camera in a lot of places and review the pictures as I type the report. Looks like there black mold up in the attic.

    Nope, I'm out.
