    Work in Mortgage industry. This about sums it up. They come here and realize they can buy a relatively large house for cheap (compared to CA) and also buy a boat and all the goods.

    Coming here in troves. Good for economy, bad for long time UT residents. In some places we saw values rise 100k last year.
