If I had to guess, i'd say somewhere in New England, mainly the Boston area.

There is a plant in Manassas for our division like 2 miles from my parents place, but I really don't wanna live in NOVA again. Upside if I did would be that I would go find a house in Warrenton or something and escape the sprawl.

 

I know you've said it before, but who do you work for? CIA, FBI, NSA or some other initialed name that the public has not heard of? I think it was government related. Didn't you get promoted to station chief?

I'm out of the fed game. I'm just you average corporate accountant these days.

I honestly don't want to leave at this point, but this whole recession thing is really killing my ideas of finding a new job locally. We'll see what happens.

But seriously, just an accountant. Life's not that sexy anymore, but the pay is way better!

Yes and no. Everyone needs an accounting team. But 1. this recession isn't helping in the short term and more importantly 2. BYU cranks out accounting majors like a damn factory. It's a lot harder than I thought to find an accounting job here what with being an outsider and all. Seems like for some of the more lucrative gigs, you gotta be in the "circle of trust" if you know what I mean.

 

"Accountant" just seems like the quintessential gobernment undercover "job".
