Gutter trim torn off at car wash

    If you take your truck through a car wash with a high speed dryer, make sure you check your gutter trim on the roof before you leave, mine was ripped off but the great people at Motorcars Toyota are replacing it for me.

    Mine has done it couple times already.

    depends on how the car wash high speed dryer is set up.

    I also checked the clip part of the strip,

    and put a dab of clear sealant on it before re-attaching.

    so far , so good!

    but i also dont go to that one car wash with the high speed dryer

    that points directly over the strip.

    I dont think I have ever taken my truck through an automated car wash for reasons like that.:cool:
