Guy flies a GoPro THROUGH fireworks

I watched this last night, pretty damn cool

 

Pretty cool video.

 

Am I the only one waiting for a flack hit on the drone?

 

Saw it on reddit, pretty sick. I don't think I would do it though.

 

Once you buy a GoPro you start to realize all the different things it can do and that you can do with it. I would have never thought to do that and like someone said, it was a pretty risky move.

The drone he was using (judging by the controller) was This or something similar since it had the gimble mount. They can range from around $1000 up to $4000. I've thought about getting the one I linked just not sure I want to spend that much money.

Made for a awesome video though.

Might be illegal with some pretty stiff fines. There were about 3 of them flying at the fireworks show I went to.

Cool... that was the drone that I was talking about. I wouldn't spend that much money to put it in danger like that. Add to that if a shell actually hit it, it could fall into a crowd. I figured there was something that was probably touching on the fringe of being illegal.

Still a cool video though.
