    If you care, the new shocks are nice. Buddy has th old kit and they're really not that much different - though, I do think there's less feedback from mine. (( have the 9's)

    Go with the new ones IMO.

    yeah, that was info from ARB/OME, iirc
    i wanted to know from someone who had directly experienced both that was unbiased, or moreso than the company that is replacing the shocks with a new model

    I can't describe what I mean by feedback from a shock - you know the difference you feel in different shocks? I call that feedback from shocks. Yes, I've driven a friend's with the old shocks and have the new 9s on mine. Both are very nice shocks and the differences are probably negligible - besides, how will you know the difference if you've never tried either?

    Ride with the 9s is good - go for it.
