    LOL! Even I haven’t tried that strategy!

    Careful on the plate lights, it is pretty common when swapping to LEDs to get glare into the reverse camera making it harder to see.

    Lights came today and boy do those little boxes take a beating. I'll get to install them this weekend though.

    Mine came today also, but my wife had plans to go to the store, hey got a 12 pack of Bud light out of the deal

    yes two sets of needle nose pliers works best, have one on one of the prongs coming off the glass then use the other pliers to bend, take your time. then move to the next prong. Have plenty of light. IMO

    I am not sure if it was lost somewhere in the thread, but an alternative to the tricky bending of the bulb prongs is to gently pry out the metal pieces that hold the bulb in place within the bulb holder. That was the route I took and mine have worked fine since installing 8 months or so ago?

    Not a great picture but indeed a lot brighter, I also had to play around with the 921 socket to get bulb more secure
