Some housing the slots are cut different so that why they might fit. Easy fix with a small modification.

Yea man!! Great illustration right here.

I went through all of this last week lol H11 DEFINITELY does not fit on some of the non-TRD Tacos at the fog position

Glad I read through this very confusing string of posts. I was about to order new H11 lights the fog lights in my 2017 TRD Sport, but now I have no idea what I have currently. I will remove a bulb this weekend to check to see what size is currently in there.

I got them in by putting in the longer tab, then rotating it about a bit and then getting the two smaller tabs in after, not all 3 tabs at once.

My H11's melted my stock housing. So. Be on the lookout for that. I have pods in there now.

I plan to use whichever bulb the truck currently has in it. If is has an H11, then that is what I will install. If it has an H16, I will use that because I do not want to melt the housing.

I’ve had my bulbs swapped now for about 8 months. I’ve been going nonstop since May 2. Drive almost every night most of the night to get where I want to be the next few days. 40k miles worth in that time and no issues.

Which year Tundra LED fog light assembly fits a '23 Tacoma TRD Off Road? Even better, do you know what the part number is? Thanks

I just went outside and removed a fog light bulb on my 2017 TRD Sport and it does have H11 bulbs in the fogs.

I removed those annoying stickers on the sun visor.
I know it's an old thread, but Truck Outfitters in Alberta sells them. I just ordered a pair myself, but haven't received them yet, so I can't tell you how well they work.

They're the only yellow H16 bulbs I could find, so I hope they're worth the price.
