Looks to be the smaller 8" screen on lower trims vs. larger 14" screen.

I like the mechanical and tech upgrades but can't get over the looks on this new Tundra. I wish the hybrid was also available on the regular non-Pro trims as well. Not sure I understand why Toyota would limit it to just the Pro models when Ford makes their hybrid available across all trim levels.

It's no worse looking than any other full size truck out there....and better looking than some.

Anyway....all I see is 583 ft lbs of torque at 2400 rpm....at least in the top dog trim.

All fullsize trucks look kind of weird. Ram Heavy Duty, and Ford Supper Duty look the best.

I agree. None are what I would call "pretty". But I think government regulated pedestrian impact safety regulations may be driving the the big flat front ends we're seeing on a lot of truck these days.

Mid size and large SUVs seem to be some of the fugliest, stomach churning looking dung heaps out there. Yet people are buying them.

Just proves beauty really is in the eye of the beholder.....and is ultimately very subjective.

Probably just me.... but I thought the current gen Tundra has a great exterior and lacking interior. I think 2022 has flipped that. Interior is great. Exterior is..... different. Maybe it will grow on me over time or it will seem different in person though!

I like the conventional styling of the current Tundra. The refresh of the sheet metal on the 2.5 gen looks real good. Wasn't the 2.5 the 3rd gen before the new 3rd gen was released. I also like the first rendering of the 2nd gen as all of the lines matched the truck.

You are not alone. It makes all the trucks out there look homogenous. We are slowly moving to a point where you can't tell what truck is coming down the road. Grrrr

From the press release, it looks like the hybrid is standard on the Pro and available on the Limited, Platinum, and 1794 models.

That thing is hideous. I’m wondering if seeing over the hood is as bad as some of the other full size (and mid size) trucks out there.
