I recently got new tires and replaced my lower ball joints and tie rods on my 2004 truck with 881's & ome's. I then took it to the dealer for an alignment but after I got it back the front end feels weird which I can't really explain. My steering wheel still tilts to the left a little when I drive and my steering still feels a little loose as I still have the stock uca's and can't get the caster up higher. My truck also seems pull a little to the right and has this tight feeling or something to it which I can't explain.

Do my alignment numbers look alright? When I look at the sheet I was given everything appears to be in spec except for my caster which is understandable and that that high SAI number on my right side which I don't understand.

New Navigation DVD/CD/TV/AV/Bluetooth Stereo and seat mod spacers, 1" hubcentric spacers, seat heaters....
So you got about a 1.25" lift in the front after settling? did you add a spacer to get more?....one thing I noticed right off the bat, -.01 left front, +.03 right front camber, that alone could be causing a minor pull, you want the camber to be 0.00 each side....caster should be 2.00+ if possible, your truck will track so much better, especially with the minor lift...and your total toe should be as close to 0.00 as possible....

probably should not go to dealer for redo, get it done at an independent shop that has an experienced tech that deals with lifted trucks...little tweaks here and there and you should be good to go

Take it back and have them check it again. I am not sure what the alignment numbers should be, but if you feel that something is off, then something is off. Talk to the manager of the shop or even better let him drive the truck. Some shops do crappy work.

Don't go to dealership for alignments. I tried 2 different ones.....got refunds because they were way off. Went to a shop with a 30 year old rack and they got it perfect in 30 mins.

The dealerships have some of the biggest losers working for them ive seen. The fact that they are working on the cars they are specialized in means there should be a higher expectation of results.

You need to walk up to the machine and tell them what the setting should be. Try something like:
    Camber: -0.4 to -0.6 each
    Toe: 0.10 to 0.15 (0.20 to 0.30 total)
    Caster: 2.5 each or more

You have opposing cross camber. When you turn one way, the opposite wheel on the front or back is pulling against you when turning one way, going with you when you turn the other. And make sure they adjust caster, they were obviously too lazy to do it properly.

Also the driver side of your rear end is lower than the passenger side.

Also SAI is the difference in angles of the struts or steering axis to each other. The misalignment of the rear end may be lifting the relevant pivots that are being measured in the front SAI.
