    New truck....so nothing yet
I did a little off roading earlier today. Now mind you that i am pretty far out when this occurs. So, this old fat dude in camo comes running up a logging road waving his arms like a mad man. (I think, crap someone's hurt). NOPE. He gets to my truck and says, "I've been out here all night, my jeeps buried in the mud". So, I figure, ok, I'll give ya a hand. He hops in (filthy by the way). We drive about 1/4 mile and he has a 2 door jeep cherokee buried up to the top of the fenders AND lop sided!! I offer to pull him out... he actually has nerve to say...wait for it... "with this little truck!!!" I almost shit my pants. I was genuinely offended, I felt like smacking him. Any ways, I pulled his little crapper out. He still couldn't believe it. Before I left he said, "sure hope we didn't hurt your truck". So, just to prove a point. I drove straight through the hole he was stuck in. ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!!!:yay:

    completely stock
I believe it. Most cherokees have open diffs front and rear and they are pretty low stock. An old fart (like my dad) thinks its built a certain way so why change it. no lift or lockers or even lsd= POS that shouldnt see mud

You should have stopped in the middle of the mud hole, then kept going.

That is easy to change on a Jeep. Had a lifted Cherokee for awhile and that thing was pretty indestructible. I wish I had kept it. Sold it for $2,400 because I had to have some ballin' 22's on my Tahoe. Stupid me.

Haha cool story! I would have been torn between leaving his sorry ass in the mud or pulling him out and grinning from ear to ear. Good call on helping him out despite his attitude.

LOL...No need to smack him...You pulled him out. That's slap enuf. If you could be a fly on the wall when he tells all his Jeeper buddies about how he got REAL stuck but he managed to wiggle it out just so he doesn't have to admit a Taco pulled him out.

Should have said "you can change your "tude" or I can come back tomorrow and pull you out"...

I had a guy with a fullsize Chevy plow truck stuck in his yard yell to me on the CB and asked to help him get unstuck when I got back there he said oh I thought you had a big truck.... (he had driven into the snow bank downhill with the plow up) It was a bitch and I bent his hitch but that guy will never forget the night a little toy truck pull his ass out of the snow bank.
(I thought I was going to break the chain or rip off one of the hitches but I was going to pull him out)

That brings me another memory, One day I heard my friends (on the CB) calling for help (they were stuck on a gas line trail) I knew one had a ranger so I figured it wouldn't be too hard.... But when I got to where they were stuck there was two trucks one after the other. After getting back with 100 ft of cable and 30-40 feet of chain, pop out came the ranger..... beyond the ranger was a (you guessed it) another fullsized chevy stuck up to its bumpers as I was told the chev got stuck and the ranger didn't have enough chain to reach so they drove in after it....(don't ever do that) This chevy had 38 inch mudder type tires on it (and you couldn't see them at all) so they didn't think I would even move it (me nether) so we hooked (in line) My toy then to the ranger and then to the chevy... and I put in low the ranger put it in low and I started to move and we pulled that truck out..... Heres the kicker are you ready for it..... The ranger own/driver told me i was moving both trucks before he had given it any gas at all (his words not mine)

    Sorry for the long story
