    not that it matters but i think derek did a hell of a job! i have been in the southern Oregon, northern cal mud and that stuff sucks!!! the fact that he got crossed up and was able to back it out and keep going in a prerunner is awesome!! no fail, good driving and he has more guts then me.

    what is your problem? some guys wheel their trucks, to see how far they can go, to explore, or maybe just to get out.. damage happens. fuk, you could break a car part, get a dent on the stupid road. it isnt about, level of insurance coverage, or disposable income..dont be retarded.

    i do track days with my porsche. there is a saying, "dont bring anything to the track, you are not willing to hurt or destroy". i think it applies to the truck guy too. derek just doenst have his panties all wadded up about possible truck damage. he didnt go into that rut, thinking..hey watch me break the taillight. he just went for it.

    i watched a guy push a brand new viper into the wall in turn 11 at thunderhill. it was hard to watch. paper plates and all.
    chill out on derek...the guy did a fine job driving that truck. it wasnt a "fail". the only "fail" is see is you not realizing your thread was retarded.
