Rob @taco-houla we've been grilling our pork chops on the grill with a maple rub like I made for you with @STgen3 's seasonings on the trip. Oh man that stuff is good! Next time I make them at camp I won't skimp out on the seasonings, the more the better!!!

It is! My wife made them and even she loved them and she doesn't even like pork chops.

 

My family complains every dam time I buy pork chops, no matter how I have cooked them. I now have a new way to try, worst case I get some yummy pchops while they complain at me.

 

I havent done much with maple before but I’m definitely going to start trying it more. Have some pork loins for the smoker might give it a whirl.
