does turning tires to black wall out count? How bout added snug top rebel.
I have a oem set, pay shipping they're yours. I imagine around $40. They're not perfect, they were take offs when a friend upgraded years ago, and he doesn't have a Tacoma anymore.

Ok guys this is what the wires that feeds my halos run into before entering the headlight. Any ideas?

Well, that shoots down my idea of helping you in person! I'm on the Left Coast.

From the picture you showed of your ride (nice truck BTW!) you have Spec-D halo lights. These bad boys: http://www.specdtuning.com/2lhptac06btm.html

OK, first order of business. Since you know the black and white wires below the light fixture run the halos, have you tried connecting them directly to a known 12v source?

Next, that box you are holding in the pic is most likely:
    • a resistor to reduce the 12v input to around 3v or so for your LEDs to function. (if LED)
    • a ballast if your halos are actually fluorescent bulbs. (if CCFL)
There's not a lot of information on these light fixtures, I'm poking around to find out which ones you have, since repair will differ depending upon what is behind the halo. Look at the working halos, are they a perfect circle or do they have a "dead" spot in the circle? The "dead" spot is the giveaway that they are CCFLs.

If the resistor/ballast fried that would cause the failure. You would need to test continuity on each side of the box with a multimeter (**when the fixture is disconnected** or you'll fry the meter). Many digital volt meters (DVM) have a continuity checker. Are there any markings on that box?

If you can't test continuity can you get a voltage reading from the wires coming out of the box and into your fixture? Does the white wire coming out of the box read between 3-6 volts (if LED)?

Also, no matter how this turns out, you need to lose those wire nuts that are holding your light fixtures together. They are intended for residential wiring and will come apart with vibration of the vehicle. Use crimp connectors or even better yet, solder the wires and cover with heatshrink tubing (or electrical tape if need be). You don't want anything holding wiring together that can be affected by vibration, that will cause arcing and may damage something.

Let us know what you find?

EDIT: According to this (reliable?!?) site your halos are LED: https://www.realtruck.com/spec-d-projector-headlights/R183849P2011Y608MA.html

Ok guys just wanted to give an update to the ones who were nice enough to try and help me on this. After checking and rechecking, tracing wires and connections, and even buying new resistors with no luck, I decided to jerk these headlights and buy a new set. I figured the only other alternative was to break the seal on these and check inside for a problem but didn't want to chance having problems with moisture and that was even if I could find the problem. Glad I went this route. Found a pretty good deal on a new set off of eBay that were plug and play. Now everything lights up as it should and the lenses are Crystal clear. Just want to thank mrkabc and all the others guys who took time to help me with this. I do appreciate all the input
