Halo projector headlight

So, I'm in need of new headlights for my 2009 TRD Tacoma, and I was looking at projector headlights, but I also want halos on my headlight that change colors.

When shopping for halo headlights I always see these for sale (https://gyazo.com/9dcf0450edf86f1a235dc26fef919f36)
The ones with two headlights and the little lights on the side. I'm trying to find one with with just one ring around it, similar to the stock headlights only with the ring.
So here are my questions.
- What brands are best to look at
- For my halo's I want to go with LED concepts, how do I make sure the halo and the headlights fit?
- Who will build them for me or how hard would it be to do it myself with having no experience?
-How much will my total price be (This includes installation)

The only way to get that is with a custom retrofit. This will cost you over $600, most likely in the neighborhood of $700-1000 for just the headlights. If you can do it yourself, you're looking at a minimum of $350 for parts. I imagine any repair or mechanic shop can swap out the headlights for ~$50, but the necessary wiring will cost quite a bit more if you can't do it yourself.
